Mwaiwathu Private Hospital Limited (MPHL) is inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested parties to conduct Executive Search for the following executive positions tenable at the Hospital in Blantyre.

As the name states, MPHL is a privately owned institution operating from Blantyre, Off Chileka Road. The facility is dedicated to providing excellent and state of the art health services of international standards.

The MPHL Board has authorised the recruitment process of a number of executive positions which will involve engaging an independent recruitment agency to assist the Board throughout the process. The executive positions to be recruited under this assignment are as follows:

• Chief Executive Officer
• Chief Financial Officer
• Chief Clinical Services Officer
• Chief Nursing Services Officer

The EOI selection criteria should include::

• Demonstrated experience in the relevant consultancy in conducting Executive Search;
• Ability to advise on the selection of senior executives within the context of a competitive and transparent process; and
• Knowledge about the requisite skills and competencies to manage an institution of this nature.

Interested recruitment agencies shall provide information on their qualifications and experience, demonstrating their ability to provide the services by providing supporting documentation, reference for similar services, experience, comparable assignments and availability of qualified staff. The interested recruitment agency should also provide a detailed financial proposal with budget lines and resources for activities to be performed.

The estimated duration of the exercise shall be for a period of two weeks and the estimated starting date is 20th. May 2021.
