Position Context
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Front Office Manager will ensure that the Front Desk provides professional and friendly services for clients and staff at all times.
Specific duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Front Office staff are trained and managed
- Liaison between superiors and staff is done easily
- Staff schedules are arranged properly
- Ensuring that there are zero complaints from clients and other workers
- Hospital database is managed properly
- Front Office budgets are managed effectively
- Office administrative systems are implemented and managed effectively
- Ensuring up to date health and safety policies
- Periodic reports sales and other reports are submitted timely.
- Documentation is done properly by Front Office personnel
- Other related duties as may be assigned
Educational Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Front Office Management from an accredited institution.
- A good Malawi School Certificate of Education
- At least two years hands on experience
Requisite knowledge, Abilities and skill
- Must have good interpersonal relationship skills
- Willingness to work odd hours.
- Ability to stay up to date in ICT issues
- Effective communication skills
- Must be a team player
- Must have meticulous attention to detail
- Must have problem solving skills
- Must have troubleshooting expertise
- Must be able to work independently
