Position Context

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Officer will provide administrative support and management of staff benefits, insurance portfolio, and handling queries in areas of property and fleet management.


Specific duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:


  •  MASM administration
  • Management of staff benefits, eg fuel, transport and cellphone contracts
  • Fleet management
  • Management of staff contracts with security firmd
  • Management of rental contracts

Educational Qualifications and Experience


  • Must have a Bachelors degree in Business/Public Administration related fields from a recognized Institution.
  • 3 years hands on recent experience of overall business administration.

  • Must have ability to solve problems
  • Must have integrity
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Must be reliable and able to observe confidentiality
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Ability to troubleshoot
  • Must be honest and trustworthy
  • Willingness to work odd hours.
  • Must be a self-starter and pro-active .
  • Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
